2025 Annual Renewal Site Updates Checklist
*Items to update varies by site, not all will apply
1. Update Members
- Make non-renewing members inactive
- Add new members
2. Upload Board of Directors/Chapter Officers/Executive Committee or other groups
3. Update Forums or other archived groups
- Remove inactive members (making a member inactive does NOT remove them from a group/forum)
- Duplicate Forums - v1
- Duplicate Forums - v8 (temporary until Group Editor upgrade is released)
4. Upload Events and Board Meetings
- Create Events Overview - v1
- Create Board Meetings for Board Members Only - v1
- Create Events Overview - v8
- Create Board Meeting for Board Members Only - v8
5. Update Static Pages – News, Marketplace, Policies, Information etc.
- For V8, you manage these directly. Look for edit pencil when viewing the item.
- For V1, send your updates to support@chapterpro.com
- Take old items offline or delete
6. Masthead/Theme
- Send your own Masthead artwork at our specifications - Masthead - Create Your Own
- Or, send email to support@chapterpro.com to place an order for us to create for you

Ask Members to update their profile
Waiver of Liability
- Resets on June 30/July 1
- Download/Print the Chapter Waiver of Liability Overview
Request a review of current Site Agents and their assigned permissions
- Send an email to support@chapterpro.com asking for a list of current Site Agents
- To add a Site Agent, create a profile for them and then complete this form
Request a review of all backend settings
- Schedule a call to review settings together
