Add a new member entering the
required minimum information: first name, last name, email address.
*Birthdate may also be required, varies
by site.
NOTE: One email address is required for members to retrieve login
credentials on their own and receive email sent from ChapterPRO.
1. Admin Control Panel >
MEMBERS > click ADD MEMBER.
2. MEMBER TYPE > select from menu > MEMBER OR GUEST > select from menu > first name, last name enter members name > click ADD.
3. PERSONAL > GENERAL > enter information as desired > click SAVE for each module, or SAVE ALL.
TIP: Birthdate may be required. If
unknown, enter January 1, 1990
temporarily.
4. There are two places to enter an email, in PERSONAL and COMPANY tabs. Enter at least one email address so the member may receive event invites to RSVP and retrieve login credentials.
Option A: PERSONAL > RESIDENCE >
email > click SAVE. Proceed
to step 5.
Option B: Click COMPANY > ADDRESS > email
> click SAVE. Proceed to step
5.
5. Click each tab and possible sub-tabs to fill in information as needed.
The remaining tabs are optional for the site administrator to complete. On the website, the member may update their profile. If spouse has edit profile permission (determined at site setup, and can be changed) they may also update the profile.
*Edit profile is not available on mobile
app.
6. LOGIN reminders:
- Member and (optional) spouse are each
assigned their own user name and
password.
- Default login credentials are
automatically created when you add
new member and enter spouse
name.
- Member default user name is
firstnamelastname and spouse
default user name is
lastnamefirstname.
- Password default is a randomly
generated three letters three
digits, i.e. joy492.
- Members and spouses may edit their
user name and password after
login.
- Members and spouses may retrieve their
login credentials 24/7. On login
screen click First Visit or Forgot
Login buttons and follow
prompts.
- Admin may view/edit the member and
spouse user names and passwords,
unless this permission is turned
off for your site.
7. Click view profile icon to exit member editor and view new profile.
