Members are not deleted from your site,
rather they are made inactive.
1. Edit member profile.
User Menu > SEARCH DIRECTORY
> enter member's first or last name > click return/enter key or magnifying
glass.

2. Click edit pencil.
3. Click ADMIN > STATUS > click ACTIVE toggle to change to INACTIVE > click SAVE.
The member name is removed from the directory
and event attendees lists. Inactive
member names remain in the Forums and Officer
archives, unlinked to an active profile.
