To add an inactive member to a forum,
temporarily make an inactive member active,
add to forum, return to profile and make
inactive again. The member name remains listed
in the forum, however their name is not
underlined and does not link to a
profile.
1. Admin Control Panel > MEMBERS >
click INACTIVE MEMBERS.
2. Find name in member directory list > click edit.

3. PERSONAL > un-check box Inactive > click SAVE.

4. Admin Control Panel > GROUPS > click FORUMS.

5. Select FORUM from tab bar.
*Forum tab titles vary by
site.

6. ADD A MEMBER > select Active Year > select Forum Title > select name > click add.

7. User Menu > SEARCH DIRECTORY > enter first name and last name > click enter/return.

8. On member profile > click edit profile.

9. PERSONAL > check box Inactive > click SAVE.

Name in Forum list is added, name is NOT clickable and does not link to profile.
