Members view ONLINE items, Administrators view both ONLINE and OFFLINE items.

Change the display status of a Content item from the Archive or while viewing the Content item:

Take Online

Members may view the Content item.

Click the status icon, red eye with line through it > icon changes to green indicating Online status.

Take Offline

Only administrators, sites agents and members with site privileges for the Content editor may view Offline Content items.

Click the status icon, green eye > icon changes to red with line through it indicating Offline status.

Offline Content items have a green background in both the Archive and on the Content item.
