When you have a message members must see, assign a content item as a pop-up! The message displays in front of the landing screen on desktop with a "Close" and "Close and don't show again" buttons, and displays once on the mobile app.
IMPORTANT:
- Any links in a pop-up content item must be set to "open link in a new window" to work properly.
- Only one item may be assigned as a pop-up at a time.
1. Go to Admin Control Panel > CONTENT > CONTENT MANAGER > Click EDITOR.
2. Use the archive and item title drop-down menus to select the item for pop-up assignment.
3. Click DISPLAY tab.
4. Click the calendar icons to select the start and end dates, or manually type them in.
5. Click the clock icons to
select the start and end times, or manually type
them in.
6. Click SAVE.
TIP: Documents must be ONLINE to pop up.
This is how pop-ups appear to members on the HOME page.
To Cancel a pop-up, click CANCEL.
Click OK.
