Members view ONLINE items, Administrators view both ONLINE and OFFLINE items.

Change the display status of a News item from the Archive or while viewing the News item:

Take Online

Members may view the News item.

Click the status icon, red eye with line through it > icon changes to green indicating Online status.

Take Offline

Only administrators, sites agents and members with site privileges for the News editor may view Offline News items.

Click the status icon, green eye > icon changes to red with line through it indicating Offline status.

Offline news items have a green background in both the Archive and on the News item.
