Upload Officer Messages in News

1. Admin Control Panel > CONTENT > NEWS > click ARCHIVE.

2. Populate Officer Message, two options. 

Option A: Find Officer Message in list > click edit. Proceed to step 3.

Option B. Create a new NEWS item > click EDITOR. Proceed to step 3.

TIP: Alert support@chapterpro.com to link new messages to user menu drop down menus, for example EVENTS > LEARNING OFFICER MESSAGE.

3.  Edit/enter copy in NEWS TITLE and CREATE NEWS ITEM fields > click SAVE.

TIP: If copying the message from a Word file, website, email or any other source, first click 'Paste as Text' tool BEFORE you paste into the message area.

OPTIONAL: Link member name to profile instructions, Link Member Name in News

4. Click ARCHIVETAKE ONLINE.

TIP: Click on news item title to proof. If edits are needed, return to step 1.

5.  Proof message is linked to menu title. User Menu > LEADERSHIP > CHAPTER CHAIR MESSAGE and/or EVENTS > LEARNING OFFICER MESSAGE.





6. If page displays "No NEWS items found." send a note to support@chapterpro.com to link message to the User Menu title.
