Send a test email to yourself, and optionally others, before sending it to the recipients.
1. Email editor > compose the email with all required fields.
2. TEST > send test? > click toggle switch to YES.

3. send to yourself > select the email address to send to yourself (if you have more than one email in your profile).

OPTIONAL: also send to > select additional recipients, for example, a Day Chair, Learning Officer, any member or spouse.

Choose Administrator/Member/Spouse from menu > select name.

email > if applicable, select email address.

4. Click SEND TEST when ready to send.

5. The screen goes to the SENT folder and the email is automatically saved to the DRAFTS folder. Go to the DRAFTS folder and click OPEN to edit further and/or SEND.
TIP: There is no other record of the test email sent.
