FOR YPO-YPO GOLD CHAPTERS ONLY
Be sure to read the following to ensure you're using Upload to Cvent feature correctly, as a policy change was made by YPOI in May:
1. Events are uploaded to Cvent at 1:00am U.S. central standard/daylight savings time Sunday - Thursday only, and take up to 25 hours to sync to Cvent/Exchange for upload.
2. ONLY ONLINE and FUTURE EVENTS are uploaded to Cvent. An event DOES NOT UPLOAD or UPDATE on Cvent AFTER the event date.
3. If event is online then taken offline it is cancelled on Cvent.
4. FOR EVENTS WITH DATE CHANGES: Do not edit the start or end date of an existing event to more than 90 days after original end date, as it will not update on Cvent. To successfully upload an event to Cvent with a date change of more than 90 days > DUPLICATE event > edit date > check box Upload to Cvent > Save. Take original event OFFLINE to cancel on Cvent.
