Site Administrator, Site Agent & Site Privileges Overview

ChapterPRO supports three levels of access to the administrative editors on your site:

Site Administrator
Manages the site with the highest level of access

  • maximum of one per site for one member type, or two per site for two member types
  • access to all admin editors
  • customize back end settings for permissions and notifications

Site Agent
Typically these are others who also manage the site, i.e. assistant, events coordinator, accountant/bookkeeper, communications.

An officer may want to have a separate officer profile from their member profile to log in with to receive certain notifications (copies of emails/texts) in addition to accessing specific editor(s), i.e. Learning Officer to receive copies of RSVP confirmation emails and view offline events, edit events, view event reports.

  • maximum of 8 per site
  • customize back end settings for permissions and notifications
  • assign access to specific admin editors

Site Privileges - officers/members
Occasionally a member/officer would like access to a specific editor only, i.e. Learning Officer to view offline events, view event reports, or a Communications Officer sending email/texts direct from ChapterPRO (they must select SENDER > send as member to ensure email delivery to inboxes).

These privileges are assigned to their member profile, allowing them to see all of the green admin tools throughout the site, but they may access only those editors they've been assigned. Access to Reports is included.

  • maximum of 5 per site
  • assign access to specific editors
