To remove or replace a Site Admin or Agent DO NOT make their profile inactive.
Notify support@chapterpro.com of the Admin or Agent to be removed.
To replace or add a site agent, the individual must have a profile. A site admin or agent is responsible for creating a profile if none exists.
The minimum required information is a first and last name and one email address.*
*Some sites may require a date of birth
