ChapterPRO supports three levels of access to the administrative editors on your site:
Site Administrator
- maximum of two per site
- access to all editors
Site Agent
- maximum of 10 per site
- able to hide their profile from members or keep visible
- select which administrative editors they have access to
Site Privileges
- maximum of 5 per site
- provide members access to specific editors
Whether you are adding an Administrator/Agent to the site as an assistant, or a replacement to the current Administrator, the first step is to create a profile for the individual, if not done already.
The minimum required information is a First Name, Last Name, email address (home email or company email), and a birthdate*.
*Not required on all sites.
When the profile has been made, notify SUPPORT@CHAPTERPRO.COM of the settings needed for the new Site Agent or member with Site Privileges:
Site Agents:
- profile included in the Member Directory- YES/NO
- show in RSVP list and reports- YES/NO
- view/edit member username and passwords- YES/NO
- notifications when:
- member makes changes to their profile- YES/NO
- receive all emails sent- YES/NO
- receive all texts sent- YES/NO
- YPO RSVP confirmations:
- None, All, if RSVP is modified, or if modified after cancellation cutoff
- Gold RSVP confirmations- YES/NO
- choose which editors they have access to:
- Bulletin Board- YES/NO
- Emails- YES/NO
- Events- YES/NO
- Forums- YES/NO
- Marketplace- YES/NO
- Member Editor- YES/NO
- News- YES/NO
- Officers- YES/NO
- Text- YES/NO
Member with Site Privileges:
- will always be included in the member directory
- will always show in RSVP list and reports
- CANNOT view/edit other member's username and password
- WILL NOT receive notifications when:
- another member makes profile changes
- emails are sent that they are not already a recipient
- texts are sent that they are not already a recipient
- RSVP confirmations of other members
- Admin can choose which editors the member CAN have access to:
