Create a member profile for a prospect to RSVP for them and add their name to event report, including their profile in Member Directory.
1. Admin Control Panel > MEMBERS > click ADD MEMBER.
2. Select member type* if shown.

TIP: To prevent prospect from accessing the site, do not enter an email address so they may not use the Forgot Login or First Visit buttons to retrieve their login.
3. Enter the prospective member's first and last name in the First Name field and "Prospective Member" in the Last Name field. This groups all prospects together in the last names starting with "P" section of the member directory, alerting members they are prospective members. Click SAVE.
