Link to photo albums, presentations, audio recordings or videos using any third-party online vendor of your choice – Flickr, Shutterfly, Smugmug, Zenfolio, Facebook, Dropbox, Google Docs, Vimeo, YouTube, etc. 

ChapterPRO does not support uploading of these media directly onto your site.

First, get the proper URL, which varies according to the online repository used. Always look for a "Share" button or link icon. If that's not available, then copy the URL from the browser address bar. Then you'll paste into the event editor in the ASSETS > MEDIA tab. Instructions below:

1.  Upload photos, presentation file, audio or video to your preferred hosting vendor.

When viewing in the browser find the SHARE button or link icon and copy. OR highlight and copy the URL in the address bar.

2.  Go to event page > click the edit pencil.

3.  Select ASSETS > MEDIA.

4.  Select preferred icon.

5.  LINK (full URL) field > paste URL.

TIP: This is the URL copied from step 1.

6.  TEXT (optional) > enter text if desired. This text displays on the MEDIA page only > click SAVE.
