Follow these steps to schedule an email to send at a future date and time.
TIP: The recipients of the email are updated at the time of the email being sent. i.e. Non-responders/Attendees. The list of recipients will be pulled the moment the email is sent. So, if you create the draft on Monday and it is going to the Non-Responders, but on Wednesday someone responds, they will not be included in the scheduled email that is sent out on Friday.
TIP: Send yourself a test email before scheduling to proof, if desired. Sending a test email after the email is scheduled cancels the schedule and saves to Drafts.
TIP: When scheduling an email, be patient. It takes 7 minutes after the time scheduled for the email to send and be moved from the Scheduled Email folder to the Sent folder.
1. Email Editor > SEND > schedule > click toggle switch to YES.

2. Click the date icon > click desired date. Click the time icon > click desired time.

3. Click ACTIVATE.

4. Find the scheduled email in the SCHEDULED tab.
Click on the SCHEDULED tab at any time to view all scheduled emails.

OPTIONAL: Change the date or time of a scheduled email > click OPEN.

Click CANCEL to erase current schedule.

Repeat steps 1 through 4 above to reschedule the email.
OPTIONAL: Edit message of scheduled email > click OPEN.

Edit message area as desired. SEND > click SAVE EMAIL.
