OVERVIEW
• All field titles with a gold triangle in SET UP and DETAILS tabs are
required for Upload to Chapter Manager Hub. If a
required field is not completed,
ChapterPRO will prompt you to
complete it.
• Event status must be online and have a set date. An event does
not upload to the CM Hub if Set Estimated Date
is used.
• Events are uploaded to the CM Hub at 1:00 am
U.S. Central Standard/Daylight Savings
time Sunday - Thursday, and take up
to 25 hours to sync.

1. Go to edit event > SET UP.

A. EVENT TITLE & TYPE
B. DATE & TIME
- If “Do not display time” box is
checked, time is uploaded to the CM Hub,
and cannot be suppressed.
- Set Estimated (TBD) events do
not Upload to the CM Hub.
C. CM HUB > Set UPLOAD TO CHAPTER MANAGER HUB to YES.
D. Select YPOI EVENT FOCUS, YPOI AUDIENCE,
and YPOI PROGRAM EVENT TYPE
- These do not display on ChapterPRO
event
pages.
- Skip this section for events not
uploading to the CM Hub.
E. Click SAVE.
2. Go to edit event > DETAILS.

F. DESCRIPTION and
VENUE
- Html code entered in these fields do not upload to the CM Hub. This includes hyperlinks,
bold, italic, or colored text.
- Video links entered in this field do not upload to the CM Hub.
- State/Province – U.S. state two
letter abbreviations
only are accepted.
Entering other text does
not upload.
- Venue Time Zone – displays on the CM Hub only.
G. Click SAVE.
3. Wait until the next morning Monday - Thursday to confirm upload.
Edit event
> SET UP > CM HUB > find last uploaded on:
[date/time] displayed.
TIP: If Upload to Chapter Manager Hub was
set
on a Sunday - Thursday, wait until the
following day to confirm. If set on a
Friday or Saturday, wait until Monday
to confirm.
