Confirm event has been uploaded from ChapterPRO to the CM Hub
1. In the ChapterPRO event editor > SET UP > CM HUB > confirm there is a 'last uploaded on: [date] at [time]."
If not, be sure UPLOAD TO CHAPTER MANAGER HUB is set to YES. See the FAQ - Upload Event to Chapter Manager Hub for more information.
Log in to the CM Hub and navigate to the event
2. In the CM Hub > Events module > click Manage.
3. In the Event name column, scroll to find the event > in the Status column for the event click on the dropdown caret > select Add event attendees.

Mark the attendees
4. In the pop-up window, all the primary and secondary members, and spouses/partners names are displayed. Check the box next to attendees name(s) > click Save.
TIP: Use the filters or search to streamline the process.

Validate the data
5. The # Registered column is updated to display the total number of registrants.
OPTIONAL: Edit the attendees
To remove an attendee from an event uncheck the box next to their name and Save.
To add an attendee to an event, repeat steps 3 - 5.
