ChapterPRO is integrated with
YPOI's Chapter Manager Hub and Salesforce
so that uploaded events will count toward Chapter Health and Commitments keeping your chapter
in good standing, saving you valuable time!
- Events are uploaded
directly to the CM Hub/Salesforce.
- Uploaded events will count toward Chapter Health & Commitments and show in the YPO CM Hub.
- Uploaded events to the CM Hub do not display in YPO Connect/Cvent.
- To include a chapter
event on YPO Connect, create the event using Cvent.
- This is not
necessary to receive credit for keeping your chapter in good standing.
OVERVIEW
• In the event editor, field titles
with a gold triangle are required for
Upload to Chapter Manager Hub. If a
required field is not completed,
ChapterPRO will prompt you to complete
it.
• Event status must be online, in the
future and have a set date.
• An event does not upload to
the CM Hub if Set Estimated Date is used,
and does not upload or update on the CM
Hub after the event end date is
passed.
• Events are uploaded to the CM Hub at
1:00am U.S. Central Standard/Daylight savings
time Sunday - Thursday, and take up to 25
hours to sync to the CM Hub/Salesforce.
• To cancel event in the CM Hub view Chapter Events > Status > click down arrow to display menu > select Cancel Event.

What happens if I’ve
already entered my events to Cvent?
- Events uploaded to Cvent prior to
April 8, 2026 were copied from
ChapterPRO and synced up until that
date, but will not sync after
that.
- Events uploaded to Cvent after April
8, 2026 are not linked to ChapterPRO
events and will not be synced.
- Chapter events uploaded directly to Cvent are fully integrated with the CM Hub and count towards Chapter Health and Commitments.

May I choose which events to upload to
the CM Hub?
Yes. Set the Upload to Chapter Manager Hub
toggle to YES on events you wish to
upload.
I don’t want any of my events uploaded
to the CM Hub.
Keep the Upload to Chapter Manager Hub toggle
set to NO.
If I edit my event in ChapterPRO after
I’ve uploaded to the CM Hub, will
those changes be uploaded too?
Yes. Edited events update overnight following
the same schedule, uploaded at 1:00am U.S.
central standard/daylight savings time Sunday
- Thursday, and take up to 25 hours to
sync.
I have a dual site, and both YPO and
GOLD members are invited to attend,
what happens in the CM Hub?
These events syncs twice, creating one YPO
event and one GOLD event provided they are not
an integrated chapter.
What happens if I delete an uploaded
to CM Hub event in
ChapterPRO?
The event is permanently removed from
ChapterPRO and cancelled in the CM Hub
following upload schedule. (The CM Hub does not
support a full delete.)
If I delete event in the CM Hub, will
it delete event in ChapterPRO?
First, you may not delete an event in the CM Hub, only Cancel it. It will not cancel in ChapterPRO. Event information is transferred one way
from ChapterPRO to the CM Hub only. Be sure to
set Upload to Chapter Manager Hub to NO in
ChapterPRO if you cancel in the CM Hub, as the
events will no longer be linked.
What happens if I change Upload to
Chapter Manager Hub from YES to NO
after upload is
recorded?
The event on ChapterPRO is disconnected
from event in the CM Hub. Syncing action
is broken, but event remains in both
places. Use this to discontinue sending
edits to the event in the CM Hub.
If I take a ChapterPRO event online,
then offline, what happens in the CM
Hub?
• The event is cancelled in the CM Hub.
• If you take the event online again, it
uploads as a new event in the CM Hub.

FINAL TIP
• After event is
uploaded to the CM Hub, editing
the event in the CM Hub and
then editing event in ChapterPRO –
if Upload to Chapter Manager Hub
remains set to YES, the ChapterPRO
edits override edits made to event
in the CM Hub.
