FOR YPO-YPO GOLD CHAPTERS ONLY
An event uploaded to the Chapter Manager Hub (CM Hub) may be cancelled*
through ChapterPRO.
*CM Hub events are never deleted, only
cancelled
Find three options below, with different
ChapterPRO event results:
A. Delete event on ChapterPRO, cancel event in the CM Hub
B. Take event offline in ChapterPRO,
cancel event in the CM Hub.
C. Keep event online on ChapterPRO,
cancel event in the CM Hub.
OPTION A: Delete event on ChapterPRO,
cancel event in the CM Hub.
1. Go to ChapterPRO event > edit
event > SET UP > CM HUB > Upload to Chapter Manager Hub must be set to YES and there
must be a last uploaded: date/time displayed.
2. Click Delete Event.
(NOTE: you may need to log in to the CM Hub and manually Cancel event there, waiting on confirmation from YPO).

3. Pop-up message is displayed (customized per event) > click OK.
Event is deleted in ChapterPRO. The event
will be cancelled in the CM Hub per the following
upload schedule: Sunday - Thursday 1:00
am
PT (US), and YPOI completes final steps Monday
- Friday during business hours.
OPTION B: Take event offline in
ChapterPRO, cancel event on the CM Hub.
1. Go to ChapterPRO event > edit
event > SET UP > CM HUB > Upload to Chapter Manager Hub must be set
to YES and there must be a last uploaded
on: date/time displayed.
2. Click green ONLINE toggle to change to red OFFLINE > click TAKE OFFLINE.
Modified event file uploads to YPOI servers
Sunday - Thursday 1:00 am PT (US), and YPOI
completes final steps Monday - Friday during
business hours. Typically the process is
completed by morning, allow up to 24
hours.
Event is now OFFLINE.
(NOTE: you may need to log in to the CM Hub and manually Cancel event there, waiting on confirmation from YPO).

OPTION C: Keep event online on
ChapterPRO, cancel event on the CM Hub.
1. Go to ChapterPRO event > edit event > SET UP > CM HUB > Upload to Chapter Manager Hub is YES and
a last
uploaded: date/time is
displayed.
2. Change Upload to Chapter Manager Hub toggle to NO > SAVE.
3. Login to the CM Hub and Cancel the event.

TIP: When Upload to Chapter Manager Hub is NO, edits made to event in
ChapterPRO are no longer uploaded to the CM Hub.
Setting Upload to Chapter Manager Hub again after
event is cancelled directly in the CM Hub does
not work.
