The Administrator Control Panel is your access to the ChapterPRO editors allowing you to manage most of the content displayed on your website. It displays to the site administrator, site agents and the occasional board member with site privileges. Users/Members do not see or have access to it.

Users/Members have access to the Navigation Menu only. The Navigation Menu is customized for every site.
ANNOUNCEMENT BELL
Indicates notifications from ChapterPRO to site administrators/agents. We try to post messages sparingly and only when very important, so please do not ignore the bell : )
- Click on bell to display announcement(s).
- The number indicates the total number of announcements available for viewing.
- After reading message, administrator may Close the announcement for viewing again later, or Do Not Show Again to delete announcement.
- When we post an urgent message the announcement window is automatically open when you login to the site. It displays at the top of the list, if you have not checked Do Not Show Again on previous announcements.
USERS
Access USER MANAGER, ADD A USER, USER DIRECTORY and PRINT & EXPORT.
EVENTS
Access CREATE EVENT, EDIT EVENT/CALENDAR, and EVENT REPORTS.
REPORTS
Access ATTENDANCE, DIETARY, EVENT, SITE ACCESS, and VERIFY EMAIL ADDRESSES.
COMMUNICATE
Access EMAIL, TEXT, and CONTACT PREFERENCES.
*Not all chapters having Text capabilities.
CONTENT
Access BULLETINS, CONTENT MANAGER, and CONTENT ARCHIVES.
*Archives are created/managed by the Site Administrators/Agents, and vary by site.
GROUPS
Access LEADERSHIP, GROUP MANAGER, and GROUP CATEGORIES.
*Site Administrators/Agents have control over group categories, and vary by site.
