Contact Preferences allows the site
administrator to:
- Select preferred email addresses and cell
numbers for texting, by
checking/unchecking boxes
- duplicate emails selected will receive
email to that address once.
- multiple emails may be selected per
person.
- Upcoming Member Editor upgrade –
members may select their own
preferred email/cell.
- Filter by Member Type
- Search by first or last name
- Filter by last name alphabetically
TIP: Members residence 1, members company
1 email/cell, spouses/partners residence
and company email/cell, and all assistants
are checked by default.
For those sites with children's
email addresses, children's email/cell is
never checked by default.
ACCESS
Option A: Go to Administrators Control Panel
> COMMUNICATIONS > CONTACT PREFERENCES.

Option B: From Email Editor or Text
Editor > click PREFERENCES tab.
FILTER BY
MEMBER TYPE - on select sites
Default is All Member Types for sites
with dual types.
To filter by member type, click All Member
Types > select desired member
type.
SEARCH
Alphabetically
Click first letter of last
name to filter list by member last
name.
By Name
In the SEARCH NAME field enter first
name OR last name (not
both) > click the magnifying
glass or enter on keyboard.
Click refresh button to search a new
name.
MEMBER
NAMES
Click on Member's name to go
to their profile page.
SAVE
Check boxes for preferred email and cell
numbers for members, spouses/partners,
assistants and children > click SAVE.
