1. Admin Control Panel > COMMUNICATE > click SEND EMAIL.
2. Complete SENDER section.
TIP: Sending email from a gmail address may result in the email landing in recipients spam folders. We recommend always sending from a domain based address with the proper DNS settings in place. Contact support@chapterpro.com for assistance.
3. RECIPIENT(S) > select by > click Event.
4. Select the event, using either the select by title from the menu OR select by date by clicking on a date with blue background.
5. send to > click Invitees.
RECOMMENDED: Click + to view RECIPIENTS: Invitees names to confirm the correct recipients are listed.
TIP: Names displayed in red either do not have an email entered in the profile, or their email has been unchecked in Contact Preferences by the site administrator.
OPTIONAL: Uncheck individual names if needed.
6. SUBJECT > enter your preferred subject line.
TIP: The SENDER, RECIPIENTS, and SUBJECT have asterisks as they are required before you can SAVE AS DRAFT.
7. MESSAGE > select an insert > click Event.
8. Select the event, using either the select by title from the menu OR select by date by clicking on a date with blue background.
TIP: You may insert an offline event. Set include offline events in selection to YES > click on event date with green background. RSVP button will take the recipient to the offline event. This is the only way a member may access an offline event.
9. insert event sections > select desired event information.
TIP: Any section that doesn't have content entered in the event editor will not be inserted, you don't have to uncheck a section if it hasn't been populated in the event editor.
10. select editable or not editable version to insert > click INSERT.
TIP: For an explanation of the differences between these two options, hover over the orange info icon.
11. MESSAGE > event inserted > edit as needed.
TIP: The yellow RSVP button carries the Login Bypass Feature. When members click on the RSVP button, they will go directly to the event RSVP without having to login. If they attempt to navigate elsewhere on the site, they will be required to login first. Do not edit the RSVP button or Login Bypass is removed.
OPTIONAL: Insert Signature
Insert signature on file? > click toggle switch to YES > click INSERT SIGNATURE ON FILE.

12. Send a test email to yourself to preview the email before sending to the Recipients. This will automatically save the email to your DRAFTS folder if you haven't previously clicked SAVE AS DRAFT.
TEST > send test? > click toggle switch to YES > send to yourself > select email address if multiple addresses are entered in your profile > click SEND TEST.
OPTIONAL: also send test email to another Administrator, Member(s), or Spouse(s)/Partner(s)
A. also send to > click Choose > make selection.
B. administrator, member or spouse > select desired name > email select email address (use the + icon to add another).
13. SEND > ready to send? > click toggle switch to YES > click SEND EMAIL.
