BULLETIN EDITOR
1. Admin Control Panel > CONTENT >
BULLETINS > click CREATE
NEW ITEM.

Or Admin Control Panel > CONTENT >
BULLETINS > ARCHIVE > click plus icon to add new:
2. New layout formats; Custom Text, Member List, Member & Spouse List, Preset Layouts.
A. Format > Custom Text is an open text box for your message with an optional message heading.
New tool bar tools include bold, italic, underline, numbered list, bullet list.
TIP: be sure to use the Paste as Text tool (clipboard with T) if inserting copied text from elsewhere
One step insert and link to Member Names and Events.
B. Format > Member List and Member & Spouse List. Display up to four (4) columns of ten (10) linked members only or members & spouses/partners names.
Optional: Enter heading and text to display above the list.
Enter optional column headings. Insert linked member names.
Scroll though list or enter name in search window > click name to select > view name displayed in column window > click SAVE.
Click X to remove.
View Home display while still in editor.
D. Format > Preset Layouts. Insert a 3 or 4 column table with custom content.
Select Preset Layouts > enter an optional heading > select an insert 3 or 4 column > click INSERT.
Enter text in the column fields > click SAVE.
TIP: Manage the order of Bulletins
The most recent Bulletin created and taken online is displayed in the first position on the home screen. Click status icon (red or green eye) from online to offline to online to move to top of list.
TIP: Format cannot be changed after saving. Copy text and start a new Bulletin in preferred format, pasting text and save.
NOTE: Bulletins are not displayed on the mobile app.
