Access
Go to Administrators Control Panel >
COMMUNICATE > TEXT
Click DRAFTS tab in editor.
Filter
Default is All Texts. To filter by year,
click All Texts > select
desired year if available.
Search
Enter keyword > click the magnifying glass or enter on
keyboard.
Open
Find text in list > click OPEN.
Delete
Find text in list > check box in left
column > click DELETE SELECTED >
click OK.
TIP: Check multiple boxes to delete more than one at a time.
