With the Calendar Subscription Report, you can:
- view which users subscribed to the event or board calendar
- view the date & time each user last subscribed
- identify the calendar program they used to subscribe if the calendar is Apple or Google
1. Go to Admin Control Panel > REPORTS > click CALENDAR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
2. Select desired group > click names/box(es).
*user titles vary by site
Under EVENTS, TOTAL refers to the number of events in the calendar year, and UPCOMING refers to the number of events yet to occur this year.
Under SUBSCRIBERS, UNIDENTIFIED refers to the number of people who subscribed to a calendar before this tool was created. ChapterPRO was able to identify how many users but not who. IDENTIFIED refers to the number of people who subscribed to a calendar after this tool was created. Their information is displayed in detail below.
Search for a specific member using the search bar, or click a letter to filter by the first letter of users' last names.
Sorting defaults to Names listed alphabetically.
Click DATE SUBSCRIBED to view list by most or least recently subscribed to calendar.Click NAME to return to listing alphabetically.
Click PRINT to print the report.
