Keep your members up to date on events and news with weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual newsletters!

Newsletters are seamlessly created in the ChapterPRO email editor and can include officer messages, event recaps with photos, upcoming events (with links back to your site), international and regional updates, new member welcomes, “members in the news” links, executive committee details, sponsor shoutouts—whatever you'd like to feature.

The digital version can include hyperlinks to your ChapterPRO site—linking to events, photo galleries, member profiles, policy pages, or any website you choose.

Newsletters can be saved as a PDF and uploaded to your News archive. They’re viewable on both your ChapterPRO website and mobile app, and may be downloaded for printing or mail distribution.

We design newsletter templates with a masthead and section headers tailored to either a standard or custom theme. Once your template is ready, newsletters are built for just $50/hour—just send us your content, and we’ll handle the layout and formatting for a polished, on-brand final product.


CUSTOM NEWSLETTER DESIGN

A custom masthead and up to eight section headers with your preferred titles—designed to match your annual theme—are created for a $180 one-time fee. The newsletter template is then built out using your provided content at $50/hour. Or you may duplicate the template design and populate your newsletter at your convenience. Email newsletter support: $50/hr.

Update the theme for each new chapter year is $180.
