fees through your ChapterPRO website or mobile
web app!
- We integrate using one of the most widely
used and long-standing online credit card
gateways around, Authorize.net who use EVO as the payment processor.
- This is an optional add-on for an
additional fee of $500/chapter year, or is
included in the Ultimate Plan.
- The user's experience with Authorize.net. is easy for
the member as they only need to enter
their credit card number, if their profile
is already filled in with their name and
address.
- Authorize.net charges a processing fee per
transaction which may be passed along to
the member as a customized percentage or
flat fee per event, displaying to the
members or not.

EVENT EDITOR > admin sets payment
option to accept payment by Credit Card or
Check or Both > sets processing fee as
a percentage or flat fee.

EVENT > RSVP > member selects will attend > user-pay fees display along with PAYMENT OPTIONS > optional and customizable processing fee displays to member.
PAYMENT OPTION > member selects Now Online - 3% fee > click SUBMIT
PAYMENT SCREEN > optional processing fee is added to total > member enters Credit Card Number, Exp. mm/yy and CCV > click PAY > an email confirmation is sent to the member when payment is processed successfully.

Get Started
1. Go to website, Authorize.net
Pricing, or call 888-323-4289
(U.S.) and set up an All-In-One account. You will need to
have an Authorize.net account as well as a
merchant bank account to connect it to. They
will put you in touch with a list of merchant
bank underwriters who will require at minimum
proof of business registrations, evidence of
non-profit registration and a copy of your
business license.

2. After account is approved, there are three
settings required to integrate Authorize.net
account with your ChapterPRO site: API Login
ID, API Transaction Key and Signature Key. If these have
not been setup it is easy to do so with an
admin login for Authorize.net. Response/Receipt URL needs to be entered specific to the chapter, we will provide you with the correct url. (example: https://XXXXX.chapterpro.com/includes/CCProcessors/authorizedotnet/process_sale.php. The "XXXXX" must be replaced with your chapter domain.)
Once they have been created, only one is
visible on the Authorize.net site, API
Login ID. Unless the other two are known
the only option is to reset them. To do
that requires the answer to the secret
question.
Send us the required
Authorize.net information, we’ll
take care of the rest.
3. After integration is complete,
Authorize or Merchant Account Processor
may request screen captures from the site
or access to your site for final account
