A Chapter Administrator may view
and edit a member's user name and password
anytime.
Adding a new member dynamically creates a
login. The default user name for members
is firstnamelastname or if a nickname is
entered in profile, nicknamelastname. The
default password is a randomly generated three
letters and three numbers.
1. Go to Member profile two ways:
Option A: User Menu > SEARCH DIRECTORY
> enter member or spouse first name,
last name or both > click magnifying
glass or use return key on
keyboard. Proceed to step 3.
Option B: User Menu > MEMBERS >
select desired member directory.
Proceed to step 2.
TIP: Members drop down menus
vary by site.
2. Find member name in directory list
> click pencil icon to edit, proceed to step 4. OR
3. Next to member photo > click PASSWORD.
4. View the member's Current
User Name and Current
Password using the LOGIN tab.
5. To edit the user name and/or password
> enter new text in the New User
Name and Verify User Name fields, and/or enter text in the New
Password and Verify
Password fields, following the
requirements shown below each section.
6. Click SAVE.
