Do you send invoices from Quickbooks to collect fees from members? Invoices can be for anything chapter related, including user-pay fees for chapter events.
Upflow is an app that makes collecting payments easy, their cutting-edge AR technology seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks for efficient cash collection.
Using Upflow, members may view their Quickbooks open invoices and click to make payment. (There's much more to Upflow, check out their website.)
ChapterPRO is now integrated with Upflow. You can paste the URL for each member into the member editor which displays a "$" icon on their profile. They click the icon to open their Upflow statement in a browser window, and click to pay open invoices.
The way it works in ChapterPRO:
Go to member profile > click edit > ADMIN > NOTES > OPEN INVOICES > url > paste the Upflow URL > click SAVE.
Members view their profile on website or mobile > click/tap on a "$" icon > a browser window opens showing their Quickbooks open invoices and click to pay links.
