A secondary member distinction is applied to a member profile for two purposes:
- Easy identification of secondary member for the site administrator and site agents ONLY.
- Providing a separate user pay field for secondary member and spouse/partner.
1. Begin by assigning the Secondary distinction in the member profile editor.
Edit Profile > check box Distinction Secondary > click SAVE.
TIP: The green lettering indicates only the site administrator/site agents can view.
This results in a green superscript "2" added next to the the member type in the directory.
TIP: Only the site administrator/site agents can view, as indicated by the color green.
Also, in the select menu, find a menu option for a list of all Secondary member.

The green superscript "2" is also displayed on the member profile next to the member type.
And in the event report, displayed next to the member type abbreviation.
2. In the event editor > RSVP > User Pay > if the secondary member is invited to the event, find an additional user pay field to charge a different fee than what is charged to a regular member if appropriate.
