When a Member, Spouse or Assistant uses the CONTACT ADMIN form, the site administrator receives the email and we receive a copy, 9 times out of 10, the request is for login help.
We will reply to the request for login help if your site is on the YES list* and cc the site administrator.
TIP: Determined at site build (or when a new admin comes on board).

MEMBER OR SPOUSE – MATCHING EMAIL ADDRESS IN PROFILE
TIP: Spouses access the site using their own credentials, provided they have their own email address entered in the member profile.
IF THERE IS A PUBLIC SITE
ASSISTANT – MATCHING EMAIL ADDRESS IN PROFILE
TIP: Assistants access the site using the member login credentials, they do not have their own login. They may follow these steps provided they have their own email address entered in the member profile.
MEMBER OR SPOUSE – NO MATCHING EMAIL ADDRESS IN PROFILE
IF MEMBER/SPOUSE IS INACTIVE
We will not reply to the requester, rather we'll forward the message to the site administrator for managing.
