Do NOT use Unable to Attend for No Shows
Changing a response from Attending with No Show box checked to “unable to attend”, moves the response to the Declined list and removes the No Show box along with any options selected.
For accurate Attendance Report data, fix No Shows that were previously marked using “unable to attend”
Change back to “will attend” > mark as No Show. This can be done at any time, even after the new Attendance Report is released.
