Two options for In-Person or Virtual
events:
A. To manage an event with
in-person limited attendance and unlimited
virtual attendance IN ONE EVENT. See
OPTION A, below.
B. For two events; an In-Person
event utilizing the Limited Attendance
feature built into ChapterPRO, and a
second Virtual event with unlimited
attendance, go to OPTION B
below.
OPTION A:
A1. Edit event > OPTIONS >
OPTIONS > SINGLE CHOICE > Title
enter "Attendance Options."
A2. Description
enter "I will attend In-Person - LIMITED TO X ATTENDEES" and
"I will join Virtually" (use your
preferred wording) > Required set to YES > Open/Close set to OPEN.
A3. SAVE
A4. Monitor the RSVP report. When
attendance limit is reached for the In-Person
portion of the event, edit the Description
changing "I will attend In-Person - LIMITED TO X ATTENDEES" to
"FULL" > change Open/Close setting to CLOSED.

OPTION B:
B1. To manage an event with
in-person limited attendance and unlimited
virtual attendance, IN TWO EVENTS:
Create both events:
Event 1 as an In-Person event with
Limited Attendance number set in the DETAILS
tab of the Event Editor (optional to have
Waitlist on or off):
Event 2 as Virtual Event with Zoom
link (or other streaming option) added for
member to click on:
Contact support@chapterpro.com and we will link to two events. If a
member visits the site and clicks on the
In-Person event, but wants the Virtual event,
we will add links to each of the events:
