Add & Edit Officer Title - v8

To add an officer title use the Leadership Editor. There are two ways of accessing this editor.


Option A: Admin Control Panel > GROUPS > click LEADERSHIP.

Option B: Navigation menu > LEADERSHIP > BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
*LEADERSHIP drop-down menu titles vary by site.

Click EDITOR.

2. Click the TITLES tab > click the plus icon.

3.  Enter new officer title > click SAVE.

The new title is added to the select menu, ready to be assigned in the ASSIGN tab.

Edit an Officer Title


You may also edit existing titles at anytime. In the TITLES tab, click on the title you'd like to change.

WARNING: you may edit officer titles at anytime, however, all instances of the title found in past archives will be changed. To keep the integrity of a past title, create a new title instead of editing an existing title.

Type in the replacement for the title and click SAVE.

Any board member who held the title of Finance Officer now displays as Treasurer.
