The red bell Indicates there is an announcement from ChapterPRO to site administrators/agents. We try to post messages sparingly and only when very important, so please do not ignore the bell : )
1. The bell is red when there is an announcement from ChapterPRO to site administrators and agents. The number indicates how many announcements are available for viewing or haven't been permanently removed.
2. Click red bell to view the announcement(s).
3. To close the announcement, but keep it for later click Close.
NOTE: bell stays red with number.
4. To permanently delete the announcement click Do Not Show Again X.
NOTE: When we post an urgent message the announcement window is automatically open when you login to the site. If you have not checked Do Not Show Again on previous announcements, the urgent message displays at the top of the list.
