1. Admin Control Panel > GROUPS > click FORUMS.
2. Select FORUM from bar.
*Forum tab titles vary by site.
3. ADD A MEMBER > Active Year. If the site is already assigned to the following year proceed to Step 4. If you are adding for the following year, select next year.
4. Click duplicate 20XX-20XX forums. The previous years Forums are duplicated > edit as needed.
