All Upcoming Events are displayed
on the Home page. To unlist an event on the
Home page, follow the steps below. (The event is always found on the Event
Calendar.)
Go to Edit event > SET UP > DISPLAY > Do not display as an Upcoming Event on home page = YES.
Examples for events where Don't display on Home page is used:
1. For a Spouse Luncheon event, where
members aren't invited, you may not want the event on
the list of upcoming events on the HOME page.
2. When you want to promote an event
in the future that isn't the next upcoming
event. For example, the August and September
events are already full and you want to
promote the October event. Set Do not display as an Upcoming Event on home page to YES on both August and
September events. Then the October event
becomes the 'next' upcoming event displayed on
the Home page.
*NOTE: An exception is if the type of
event selected is Board
Meeting. Board Meeting events are
only displayed as an upcoming event on
Home for Board Members only, regular
members will not see Board Meetings, so
setting Do not display as an Upcoming Event on home page to YES is unnecessary.
