Changing an event date from the future
into the past, by more than two weeks,
results in the event remaining on the
Subscribe to Calendar at the original
date.
Editing Subscribe to Calendar
Conditions:
- The event start date must be within
the current chapter year.
- The start date must be in the future
or within the previous two
weeks.
- The event must be modified after the
last time it was updated on the
subscribe to calendar service.
- Moving a past event into the future
updates the subscribed calendar to the
new date.
To remove an event from subscribed calendar when the date changes into the past by more than two weeks:
1. Click GREEN EYE > click TAKE OFFLINE. After one hour,
the event is deleted from Subscribe to
Calendar.
2. Wait for one hour > edit event > DESCRIPTION > DATE & TIME > change date to a past date.
3. Click RED EYE to take event back online.
