To confirm a mailing address use event options.
1. Go to Edit event > RSVP > OPTIONS > SINGLE CHOICE > Title > enter "Confirm Current Mailing Address" > set Required to YES.
2. Description > enter "Mail to residence address in my profile" and "I'll use the link to email my current address". If spouse/partner is invited, offer third choice, "Address sent by member or spouse/partner".
3. Edit Event > RSVP > USER PAY > Instructions > enter text, "CLICK HERE TO SEND YOUR CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS if different than your residence address in ChapterPRO profile." > click SAVE.
4. Go to Admin Control Panel > Info icon > CUSTOMER SERVICE > send message, "Please add mail to link to RSVP instructions on Event Title, Event Date. Thanks!" > click SEND.
5. Event RSVP displays the options after 'will attend' is selected. The INSTRUCTIONS display linked text in bold red letters.
6. The red linked text opens up the email program with your email address filled in the TO field, and Subject line filled in with event title.
7. For those who send a different address, go to event report > Attending > find member name > in the COMMENTS field paste the preferred mailing address.
