3.  COMPLETE EVENT SETUP > enter remaining event information as desired.

OPTIONAL: KEEP EVENT OFFLINE. An offline event is open for RSVP's only by those who receive an email invitation and click the RSVP link. This is the only way a person may access the event, as they will not find it in their event calendar.

EMAIL EDITOR

4. Send email invite twice using Select from Directory: the first one is sent to female members, the second one is sent to female spouses.

Send to female members and spouse:

A. Go to EMAIL > SEND EMAIL
B. SENDER > select preferred sender
C. RECIPIENTS > select by > Directory Individually > send to > check boxes for Member and Spouse/Partner > SELECT RECIPIENTS: > check boxes for female members and spouses/partners

5. Complete email steps and click SEND.
