Setting the Cancellation Cutoff
results in the following:
- the Cancellation Policy is
displayed on the event Details and RSVP
screens
- when a member RSVP's or changes
their RSVP within the Cancellation Cutoff,
an email notification may be sent to the
site administrator/agent (contact support@chapterpro.com to
confirm you are set to receive these
notifications)
- the event report displays the RSVP date/time in red if within the Cancellation Cutoff period
Set
Cancellation Cutoff per
event
Go to event page > click edit > DESCRIPTION >
CONTROLS > Cancellation Cutoff >
select desired time period >
click SAVE.
NOTE: some sites also provide
entering a customized late
cancellation/no-show
fine.

View Event Report RSVP
date/time, modified
Select TOTAL RSVP, YES or NO >
check Show RSVP date/time and click modified > RSVP's made or
changed within the Cancellation Cutoff
display in red.
