ChapterPRO provides the option to send RSVP confirmation emails upon RSVP. These are generated whether the RSVP is made on the website or mobile app.
The RSVP Confirmation email includes RSVP status for all invitees, event title, subtitle, date, location, optional cancellation policy and link back to event page to change your response.
RSVP confirmation emails are sent to *all email addresses in the following manner…
Member and assistant receive the RSVP confirmation email when:
Invitees are Members Only and the Member RSVP's
Member, assistant and spouse receive the RSVP confirmation email when:
Invitees are Members and/or Spouses/Partners and the Member RSVP's
Invitees are Members and/or Spouses/Partners and the Spouse/Partner RSVP's
Invitees are Members Only and the Spouse/Partner RSVP's
Invitees are Spouses/Partners Only and the Member RSVP's
Spouse/Partner receives the RSVP confirmation when:
Invitees are Spouses/Partners Only and the Spouse/Partner RSVP's
*All email addresses may include:
Member Company 1 and 2
Member Assistant 1 and 2
Residence 1, 2 and 3
Spouse, Spouse Company and Spouse Assistant
Email addresses unchecked in Contact Preferences do NOT receive the RSVP confirmation or any email.
Rules for Site Administrator
- If the Site Administrator is RSVP'ing for the member/spouse BEFORE midnight of the start date, the RSVP confirmation is sent only to attendees of the event.
- If the Site Administrator is RSVP'ing for the member/spouse AFTER midnight of the start date, NO RSVP confirmation is sent.
