Future development is planned to support restricting the number of "Other" Attendees by indicating the max number and providing fields to match.
In the meantime, follow the steps below to encourage appropriate RSVP's.
1. EVENT EDITOR > ATTENDANCE > INVITEES > Others > enter description > [type of guest, i.e. Key Executive, Friends & Family] - Max # [the maximum number of guests allowed to attend].
It displays in place of saying "Others" in the RSVP tab.
OPTIONAL: Edit the default description for Invited on event Details
ATTENDANCE > DISPLAY > Description of Invitees > set edit to YES > enter preferred description, i.e. Members and one Key Executive.
It displays on the Event Page under INVITED.
OPTIONAL: Add another reminder on the RSVP tab about limited Others invited
OPTIONS > USER PAY > INSTRUCTIONS > enter description, i.e. OneKey Executive is allowed to attend.
It displays on the RSVP tab.
