When an event is cancelled that
has attendees, we recommend adding
"CANCELLED" to event title to alert
attendees. After event date has
passed, then delete the
event.
Clicking Delete this Event will:
- remove event from
site
- delete event from Subscribed
Calendar
- cancel event, with Upload to Cvent box
checked, on Cvent. *applies only to
sites with Cvent
integration
- delete event shared with another chapter *applies only to sites with event sharing
1. Go to Event Calendar > click pencil icon to edit.
2. SET UP > DUPLICATE & DELETE > click DELETE EVENT.
TIP: if accidental, contact support@chapterpro.com to reinstate the deleted event.
3. Pop up displays warning to confirm request to delete > click OK. Event is removed
from the site.
