Setting the Cancellation Cutoff
results in the following:
- the Cancellation Policy is
displayed on the event Details and RSVP
screens
- the event report displays the RSVP date/time in red if within the Cancellation Cutoff period
- inserting event in email message can include the Cancellation Policy if desired
An email notification may be sent to the
site administrator/agent depending on your notification settings (contact support@chapterpro.com to
confirm/change your setting)
The Cancellation Policy
text is customized per site.
Send preferred text
to support@chapterpro.com to
edit the policy.
Set
Cancellation Cutoff per
event
Go to edit event > SET UP > DATE & TIME > CANCELLATION > cutoff period > select desired time period >
click SAVE.
OPTIONAL: include late cancellation/no-show fine, customized per event.

Cancellation Policy may be

Event Report
Select any list > Include > check box for Response Date & Time > Sort By > RSVP Modified Date.
RSVP Activity column is added to the report with RESPONSE TIME and MODIFY TIME. RSVP's changed within the set Cancellation Cutoff
display in red.
