When an event is cancelled that
has attendees, we recommend adding
"CANCELLED" to event title to alert
attendees, and leave event online.
After event date has passed, then
delete the event.
1. Edit event by clicking the edit pencil.
2. SET UP > ALERT
MESSAGE > add "CANCELLED."
3. DISPLAY > turn "Suppress the RSVP section" to YES > click SAVE ALL.
The event displays with CANCELLED on
event page, event calendar and subscribed
calendar. The RSVP tab is removed from
the event, and members may no longer RSVP
to the event.
