Meetings are types of Virtual Events.
Create links to display on the event
page, RSVP confirmation email, Subscribe to
Calendar event and Add this Event to Calendar
event.
1. Edit event by clicking the edit pencil.
2. DETAILS >
VENUE > select Virtual.
3. venue name > enter
"Virtual Event" or preferred wording.
4. Link #1 > title > enter "Zoom Meeting
Link" or preferred wording.
TIP: include the Meeting
ID or Password in title if
desired.
TIP: you must enter a title and url for the link to
display
5. Link #1 > URL > paste URL.
TIP: you must enter a title and URL for the link to
display
6. If you have another link, for example,
"Find your local number" or "Resource Bio" linking to their website etc., complete the Link #2 > title and URL fields as above.

OPTIONAL: VENUE > instructions > enter
event/meeting instructions, for example
Meeting ID, password, One tap mobile, and Dial
by your location.
TIP: City, State/Province, Zip, Venue
Country do not display on event page and can
be left blank.
NOTE: For YPO chapters only,
these fields are required for upload to
Cvent.
7. Click SAVE.
