1. Copy the webpage URL from
source.
2. Admin Control Panel > CONTENT > BULLETINS > click ARCHIVE or CREATE NEW ITEM.
3. Locate bulletin board/or create a new item. Enter text to make into hyperlink > select/highlight text.
5. Click link tool.
6. Insert/Edit Link window > Link URL > paste URL click Save.
