DESKTOP
1. Go to WhatsApp group > Click Invite via link or QR
code.
TIP: You will only have access to
this button if you are an admin
for the Group Chat.
TIP: If your group chat is not
brand new, scroll to the beginning/top of
the chat to find the Invite
button.
2. Click QR Code.
3. Take a screenshot of the
QR code.
On Mac: Command + Shift + 4 >
click and drag the screenshot box around the
QR code.
On PC: Windows + Shift + S >
click and drag the screenshot box around the
QR code.
The screenshot is saved to your
computer.
MOBILE
1. Go to WhatsApp group > Tap group title at the top of the
screen.
2. Scroll down to 'members' > Tap Invite via link or QR
code.
TIP: You will only have access to
this button if you are an admin
for the Group Chat.
3. Tap QR Code.
4. Tap the share
icon.
5. Tap Save Image.
6. Open Photo Library.
7. Tap on the QR code
image.
8. Tap on the adjustments
icon.
9. Tap the crop icon.
10. Crop around the QR code > Tap done.
11. Tap the share
icon.
12. Transfer the QR code image to
your computer by Airdropping it, or Messaging/Emailing it to
yourself.
